So we have a total of 7 rooms plus the Tree hose or 8 if split in 2.

Besides we have the main house, 2 bedrooms 2.5 bathrooms plus huge laundry and storage room and a great big social area, nice kitchen.

In front of the main house we have the terrace where we serve breakfast every morning, next to it another nice terrace where people gather to see all the wildlife, out to the side another terrace where the pool is.

Parking space for 7 to 8 cars.

It is a great little business with very decent numbers specially if you consider that we do not have a web and do not do lots of publicity.

People really enjoy our place specially because of our location, we are sit back from main road about 300 meters so that keep us away from the heavy touristic traffic, but yet very close to everything.

The B&B is small enough for anybody to really enjoy running it and big enough to have a nice income and live in paradise.

So one the best parts is that has many different options to have the business and at the same time your home, for example you could take the Tree House for yourself and convert the main house into a part of the B&B with 2 or 3 rooms and the social area make a small restaurant for example, or you could do as we are doing the only thing is that you leave at work, or you can move into the Container.

Services, 2 water meters, 5 electric meters, fiber optic internet and tv in all rooms.
