Dream Escape Villas are a luxurious escape, nestled in a rainforest jungle, next to the beach of the infamous Whale’s Tail in Uvita, Costa Rica. This 3 bedroom villa can comfortably sleep six people, though there is a pull-out couch in one of the villas meaning if you have a large family, you could fit 8-10 people. There are two separate villas: a one-bedroom, one bathroom villa and a two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa. Each of them includes a fully- equipped kitchen, living room, and outdoor terrace.

Each of the villas includes a gourmet kitchen with high beam ceilings, wooden cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances. It also features a large breakfast bar with four high-top black stools, making casual eating accessible. The previous owners are also leaving their small appliances, including an espresso machine, a blender, and a toaster. The two-bedroom villa features a blue sofa that transforms into a sofa bed in the living room, whereas the one-bedroom villa features a brown plush couch in the living room. Both options would provide extra sleep solutions if needed. Both living room areas include a Bose stereo system and a smart TV. There is also easy Wi-Fi access throughout the villas.

Each of the bedrooms includes a king-size bed, a wooden wardrobe, and a built-in desk. The high ceilings and ceiling fans bring the cooler air in. Each of the bedrooms includes a private bathroom with wooden countertops and storage. It also features a tile shower with window access.

Each of the villas features its own terrace with a dining table for six and a BBQ area. The two villas share a tropical outdoor paradise with a waterfall pool and a wet bar. The perfect paradise is the ideal location for mediation, yoga, or Pilates. It’s also the perfect place to catch some sun on the loungers or relax on the outdoor couch. If it’s a hot day, enjoy the cool water and swim some laps. The pool area is surrounded by over flowering greenery and plants so you’ll feel like you’re in your own tropical rainforest.

This villa is beautifully landscaped with overflowing trees and plants. There is plenty of room to plant more trees. The home is in a secure neighborhood since it’s properly fenced and there are an alarm system and a safety deposit box inside. It’s currently being used as a successful rental, and there is space to build the main house if you choose to.
