Description

Casa Aura

Casa Aura, “the goddess of cool breezes” is a luxurious 2,700 square foot home features some of the prettiest views in Southern Costa Rica. From your private terrace, you can see unobstructed ocean sunset views, as well as lush jungle views. This luxury home includes an outdoor entertaining area with a pool, a master suite with an outdoor stone tub, and high-quality wooden furniture. This house is ideal for your next family home or a vacation rental.

This new custom built 2-story home features both practical and luxurious finishings. It’s insulated with Durock flooring, and stunning Turkish travertine flooring tiles accent the house. Ceiling fans, French doors, and windows allow the gentle outdoor breeze to circulate throughout the house. They also help bring natural light inside. You can enter the main or upper level of the home from the carport area. The pool level is accessible by walking down a flight of wooden steps.

This luxury home features Teak wood furnishings throughout the eat-in kitchen and living area, which is located on the upper level. The open floor plan allows family members easy access to each room and makes it easier to cook meals while keeping an eye on others. The gourmet kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, wood cabinetry, and a Kitchen Island with a range. Wicker bar stools complete the look. The living area features wooden chairs, a wooden coffee table, and an entertainment center, all handcrafted out of Teak.

This luxury home includes two bedrooms on the upper level. They both feature a private terrace, where you can relax and gaze at the sunset and the local wildlife. The master suite features a king-sized bed, wicker chairs, and some local artwork to give it a modern look. The master bath features Turkish vein cut travertine tiles on the walls and the shower. It also includes double stone vessel sinks and a large vanity mirror. The second bedroom features a queen bed with a black filigree headboard and lots of wooden storage space. The second bathroom is similar to the master bath, except it only has one stone vessel sink.

The outdoor area is one of our favorite areas of the house. This area opens up to the large front yard, which has been beautifully landscaped with tropical plants. This leads out to the outdoor patio and pool area, which is the ideal spot to host outdoor parties. The patio features a Teak dining table and chairs, as well as a BBQ grill. There is also a convenient half bath for guests to change for the stunning plunge pool. As a special bonus, there is a second master bedroom on the pool level, through a pair of sliding doors. It’s the largest room in the house, and it features wood furniture, a sitting area, and a stunning outdoor shower concept. This bathroom features a solid Bali-stone bathtub, surrounded by tropical plants. You’ll feel like you’re bathing in a garden.

This luxury home is part of Selva Pacifica, an 11- lot gated community, currently in development. With only 11 homes, you’ll be a part of a safe, close-knit community. This house is the fourth one the developer has designed, and each one looks even better. It’s been built with high-quality materials, such as six inches of concrete for a smooth, paved driveway. You have easy access to a cement road for at least 60 percent of the way to nearby local areas like Uvita and Playa Dominical.

The town of Uvita has everything you’ll want from everyday necessities to outdoor activities. Every Saturday, off the Costanera Highway, the Uvita Farmer’s Market is open from 8 am to noon. You can purchase organic produce, homemade bread, natural bath products and more. Uvita features many cafes that serve an eclectic choice of cuisine. However, outdoor activities are the main reason to live near Uvita. What other location could you see the whale’s tail? To get a closer look, visit the Marino Ballena National Park and explore all the different tide pools and rock formations. There are so many beautiful beaches and waterfalls to explore. You can try snorkeling and seeing colorful reefs at the marine park or surfing and swimming at Playa Uvita.
